  I am from the south and I can tell you, this is NOT real barbeque! Their beef brisket comes chopped up mushed with BBQ sauce that they finish cooking in a crock pot. The beef "mush" is just as bad as their pork "mush". There were fly traps hanging above my head and ice cream sprinkles stuck to the wall next to me. I'm sorry Ohio, but it's a sad day if this is the best you got

  I've had ribs in the south. Here in the north, the ribs are the leanest most meat I've ever had. Best ribs around for 60 mile radius. He doesn't compete because his patron base is huge and loyal. Variety of options for non barbecue eaters. For specials like $9.99 half rack w 2 sides c'mon the best.
